I served as a UX Writer for the high-profile launch of New York Lottery+, I was responsible for the end-to-end user journey for the brand’s first-ever comprehensive membership program. I transformed complex mechanics into an intuitive, high-energy digital experience by creating copy for every stage of the member lifecycle, from high-conversion landing pages to the microcopy within mobile registration and prize-claiming flows. I balanced "New York excitement" with crystal-clear instructional design. I ensured New York Lottery members could seamlessly navigate their reward dashboards and track entries without friction. Collaborating closely with a number of designers and marketing teams, I maintained a unified brand voice that made a high-stakes ecosystem feel effortless and rewarding.
